- We conduct thorough interview pre-screening sessions
- We conduct 2nd & 3rd interview to finalise a candidate short list
- Where possible we will meet with our candidates before CV submission

What we won’t do: - We won’t overload you with CVs. A maximum of 3 CV’s for any typical vacancy
