In-House Recruiter : London : Digital Agency : £35-40k (commission + benefits)

Our client, a global digital agency, is looking to hire an In-House Recruiter with previous IT/ Technical recruitment experience, to support their intensive business strategy and play a critical role in the rapid growth of the Product Delivery Team.

Our client work on some of the most exciting and innovative campaigns for some of the biggest names in the UK/ Overseas! They attract the top-flight of Developers, Designers, QA's and Project Managers, who deliver cutting edge solutions and products for their customers.

The In-House Recruiter will be responsible for both Permanent and Contract hires into the tech teams, whilst providing support for the Studio Manager and Senior Hiring Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding - Fully understand business requirements, sector and market conditions.
  • Sourcing- Utilizing and creating multiple channels to generate a pipeline of the best talent available.
  • Navigating - Supporting and guiding candidates/ agencies through the selection process (Interviewing, Technical reviews and Individual feedback - post interview).
  • Feedback - Delivering clear and concise feedback to all parties involved in a timely fashion.
  • Management - Liaising with the HR team to on-board new hires.
  • Delivery - On hiring targets, hiring manger and candidate expectations.
  • Innovating - Finding ways to add value in the improvement of systems and process

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 + Years recruitment experience within the IT/ Software Development sector - Ideally as an In-House Recruiter.
  • Experience with various sourcing methods including: cold calling, online tools and liaising with current external recruitment partners.
  • Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest recruitment methods and practices.
  • Keen interest in the IT/ Software Development industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and exceptional MS Office skills in particular, Word and Excel.

Bonus Balls:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position for a Digital Agency.
  • Ability to demonstrate a good understanding of latest software development programming languages, tools and techniques (Web & Mobile).
