Multicloud Strategy and Implementation

6 November 2018

Multicloud is everywhere! Did you know that 71% of enterprises are currently using 3 or more clouds to support their business? As companies accelerate their shift toward containerization, we are seeing a surge in multicloud adoption — public clouds, private clouds, and infrastructure from many providers. In fact, 8 out of 10 enterprises are committed to a multicloud strategy.

Adopting multiple clouds is a sound business strategy, but it introduces challenges such as:

— Interacting across multiple cloud vendors
— Governance and compliance across many clusters
— Lack of visibility across clouds, apps, and containers

In this session, we will discuss trends and challenges around using multiple cloud providers and environments, and explore strategies to overcome these challenges. We will also share a tech demo that illustrates some of these successful multicloud management strategies.
