NHS New Knowledge - hack day

22 May 2018

Leeds

Added 01-Jan-1970

NHS England conducts several national surveys covering a range of aspects of healthcare, including general practice, staff experience and experiences of cancer patients. These surveys already provide an incredibly rich source of insight into NHS services, but so much more is possible. The team are looking to work with experts in innovative data analysis techniques to explore new ways of looking at the data. This could include combining the data with data from other surveys or other types of data, or developing new ways to find links within the existing datasets and present these in exciting ways. With each survey giving detailed feedback from patients and staff on their experiences of the NHS services they receive and provide, the potential to make new discoveries is vast.

Open to everyone - you don't need to be NHS staff to take part. Just bring your energy, your buzzing intellect, and maybe a notebook or laptop.
