Job Overview

Lead Ruby on Rails Developer in London, UK

  • Reference - PROREX1
  • Permanent
  • £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Have you ever fallen asleep on your daily commute and missed your stop ?

Wished you could spend an extra hour in bed after a long weekend ?

How about being able to drop your kids off at school ?

Pick them up at the end of the day ?

What about being able to go to the gym at lunch ? Or walk the dog ?

You know the best thing about working remotely ? You can manage your own day. And your own time. There are less distractions and you can actually get more work done.

The Digital Agency I am currently working with established effective remote working practises from their inception. To provide a better work life balance for their employees and to give them more autonomy.

They don't believe in Micro Management. As long as you can make it into London for the occasional client meeting you can work from home as much as you like.

As a Senior/Lead Ruby on Rails Developer here you will be working alongside the UX and Product Management teams to create rock solid and scalable products. You will help charities, government and start ups achieve their digital goals. The work you do will have a positive impact on society and the project you work on will have a social good aspect to them.

You will have a chance to demonstrate your experience with Ruby on Rails and HTML, CSS and JS and be interested in learning new technologies like React Native and Elixir.

They will provide you with a training/conference budget, medical insurance and gym membership.

They value honesty, integrity and doing the right thing.

If you are ready to make the leap to a more autonomous , responsible environment , and wouldn't mind being well compensated for it as well , get in touch.

We'd love to hear from you.
