Bio: Alla Gringaus is a performance architect at Rigor, a digital performance management company. She lives and works in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout her career, Alla practiced front-end development and UX design for many media and news brands such as People, TIME, Sports Illustrated, Golf, Instyle, Economist, American Kennel Club to name just a few where she always had the mindset of a performance champion for everything she's touched. Hailing from southern Ukraine, Alla holds a master's degree in mathematics from Odessa State University as well as UX Certifications from the Nielsen Norman Group and NYU. Her key competencies include Performance Optimization, UX Design, Front-end Development, SEO, and Web Accessibility.
