According to the World Economic Forum, “65% of children entering primary school today will end up working in completely new job types that don’t yet exist.” In that time, jobs that do exist today will also change dramatically. A report by McKinsey predicts that up to 30% of work activities could be automated by 2030, with this digital transformation creating up to 50 million new jobs globally.
To take advantage of these opportunities, professionals and organizations will need to stay competitive by gaining the skills needed for the new digital economy.
