ServiceNow Platform Architect (SME) - INSIDE 1R35 Contract - Close to Reading

My client a leader in their field are seeking an experienced Service Now Architect (SME) to drive the design of FSO's target Service Now design and deployment architecture.

Key responsibilities of the ServiceNow Platform Architect:

• 8+ years of expertise designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of various application architectures and accompanying technologies.
• Scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell are preferred.
• Knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), as well as XML and JSON.
• Relational database knowledge (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) is advantageous.
• ITIL expertise and experience
• Proven managerial and persuading skills.
• Extensive experience developing ROI / value propositions for customer software projects.
• IT and Enterprise Service Management knowledge is essential.
• Service-now or an equivalent ITSM toolset expertise and experience are required.
• Service-now experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, or HR systems is strongly desired.
• Now-specific knowledge and experience in Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall delivery methodologies, security architecture, and module components
