CRM Manager - International Beauty Start up

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join a vibrant tech beauty & wellness start-up business who are well established in the wellness retail market both nationally and internationally and are now looking for an eCRM Manager to play a key role in planning, executing and analysing their ecommerce CRM Campaigns. You will have a strong Email Marketing background, managing large scale Email Campaigns of min 100k/Month, while also having experience with wider CRM platforms.

Working closely within the digital marketing team and PR & social experts you will be a key individual in a newly created team, delivering our consumer strategy. Educating all areas in the importance of email marketing principals and best practice and owning our targeted Email Campaigns. Experience of building emails, using HTML and CSS, and testing is vital for this role.

  • Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently across different touch points and channels.

  • Plan and execute different disciplines testing approaches and strict campaign measurement methodology, including design and management of control groups.

  • Be the main point of contacts for stores in regard to their daily tasks and reporting their KPIs against the brand strategy.

  • Plan and execute different customer journeys in regard to the strategic target for each of the segments defined;

  • Support marketing objectives to create a consistent brand experience across all channels;

  • Stay updated on email and mobile best practices;

Key Skills/Experience

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a successful email & CRM executive function.

  • Strong experience of delivering Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Experience in implementing CRM strategy

  • Experience with creating presentations to articulate strategy and performance

  • HTML/CSS skills and hands-on experience using our ESP solutions for campaign execution and reporting.

  • Good copywriting and proofreading skills.

  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish.

  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail.

  • Able to self-analyse failures and put required solutions in place in order to improve

  • Proactive, self-managing with organisational skills.

  • Expert user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
