Delivery Manager - £80,000 per annum + Benefits - Remote - SaaS Solutions - Finance

Doing so across omni-channels solutions.

The Role:

Now, I am working with this business to hire an experienced Delivery Manager who will work across the wider business, as well as cross-functional software teams, to help drive seamless ways of working which will result in less impediments and growth and evolution plans.

Requirements:

• Experience working in product delivery teams.
• Experienced in agile environments.
• Must be able to drive and motivate people - ultimately building trust and managing dynamic teams.
• Able to plan, create and maintain roadmaps.

Desirables:

• Strong understanding in regulated environments (ideally finance / financial services).
• Knowledge when it comes to modern digital platforms and technology.
• OKR methodology.
