As a Lead UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with Designers & stakeholders to enhance, health care products and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design team to deliver high-quality user-centered designs for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs align with business goals and user needs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow their careers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience.
• 2+ years experience within the health care sector.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to solve complex design challenges.
• Deep understanding of Figma.
• Strong Portfolio ready to provide.
