This an opportunity for someone with strong paid search & paid social skills, looking to make the next step or wanting a refreshing change in environment.
This will lead on delivery of growth strategies alongside the Head of Digital Marketing, and focus on growing the paid search & paid social accounts. As the business continues to grow, you will have a real input in increasing ecommerce sales and the digital direction of the company.
Complete ownership of the paid marketing budgets across for spending across AdWords, GDN, Facebook, Instagram and any other relevant emerging channels.
Having a data-first approach to setting up and delivering paid marketing campaigns
Utilising your creative abilities to deliver attractive and scalable campaigns
Regularly monitoring and reporting of campaign performance in order to increase ROI
Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve paid traffic and increase ROI.
What it takes to be part of the team:
Experience in building and optimising paid search campaigns on AdWords and Google Display Network (GDN)
Experience delivering scalable paid social campaigns
Analytics experience (Google Analytics) with detail mind focus.
Experience in daily campaign optimisation to monitor budget limits and deliver lower CPAs.
Creative advertising mind-set.
Very results oriented, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
