Performance Marketing Manager - Market Leader in tourism and attractions

 

This is an opportunity for someone with strong paid search skills to join a global leader in leisure & tourism booking & operations.

 

Paid Search experience is a must. Any experience with other channels is a bonus, but you will have the opportunity to work and develop display, paid social, seo & cro alongside the in-house digital marketing team, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager.

 

As the business continues to grow its media spending, it's accounts and brings their activity in-house with different tools and tech-stacks, you'll be able to grow into the role and have a real input into the strategic direction.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, SEO and Paid Social). Own campaign set up & optimisation plans through analysis of data sets.

  • Analyse campaign performance to refine CPA and ROI on all campaigns and channels. Monitor purchasing patterns and website traffic to optimise all campaigns and drive incremental sales by ATG channels. Build and manage custom audiences across brands to improve targeted direct marketing activity.

  • Utilise paid media campaign data from keyword analysis, Ad copy and landing page testing and to improve on-site SEO across brands.

  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager on new initiatives to scale performance marketing activity across brands.

  • Identifying growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to improve paid traffic and increase ROI.

 

What it takes to be part of the team:

 

  • Experience in building and optimising paid search campaigns on a variety of advertising platforms, specifically Google AdWords and DoubleClick.

  • Web analytics experience (Google Analytics) with detail mind focus.

  • Experience in daily campaign optimisation to monitor budget limits and deliver lower CPAs.

  • Analytical skills, including data manipulation and Excel knowledge.

  • Creative advertising mind-set.

  • Very results oriented, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
