Technical Lead - Property-Tech - Python, Django in London, UK

Python Tech Leads are required to join one of the UK's fastest growing Property-Tech Businesses, based in London.

This Business have changed the way Landlords and tenants communicate by creating Cloud-based platform where maintence issues and other problems can be resolved quickly. Theyve received over £100 Million in Series-C funding and scaling their Engineering teams both in London and remotely in Europe.

As an experienced Python / Django Tech Lead, you'll be working alongside a highly technical and motivated team and report to the CTO/ You would be expected to apply skills and knowledge to solve problems and overcome challenges, not just develop code. You will also leading, coaching and mentoring engineers/

Their backend engineers mostly work with Python and Django on an increasingly more service-oriented architecture. The rest of the tech stack include Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, ES6, React.js, Kubernetes, Docker, Celery.

You will be working on a large but clean code base with excellent design patterns, code readability, testability, maintainability and extendability.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as software engineer (using Python and Django)
• Leadership experience in coaching and mentoring other developers
