We are the Explore Group! A successful Technology and Digital Recruitment Agency born out of the UK. Now, with more than 10 years of ongoing success across our offices in the UK, we have expanded to 'The Big Apple' and we want you to be a part of this exciting growth!

Our New York office was opened in November 2018 and we have put together a strong team of experienced consultants to grow the business. At this point, we are looking to find other professionals to join our business and help take us to the next level, with or without prior Recruitment experience. We have aggressive growth plans over the next 3 years and finding the right people in the coming months is of utmost importance. This is an ideal time to join the business and help make a real impact on how our business grows in the years to come. What also makes this a great time for you to join the business is that in 2018, we invested heavily into our Training and People development function which will support you in building a successful career with us.

What is Recruitment?

Recruitment is high level professional sales, We help to build the technical teams of businesses from 'large global organizations' to 'innovative start-ups'. We do this through networking with specifically skilled professionals, pitching to and consulting businesses, and ultimately linking these people together. Recruiters, in essence, build their own business, dictate their earnings through commission and enable companies to achieve their commercial goals.

And it is VERY competitive.

Key parts of the role:

  • Building your own network - you'll become confident with pitching to new clients, generating leads, winning and writing new business
  • Finding suitable candidates - your objective is to find the most suitable candidates that match your client's requirements. So attention to detail and being able to qualify/question is very important!
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process - from facilitating the interview to ensuring the selection process provides our customers with the best possible result
  • The majority of your time will be spent speaking to clients and candidates, you'll also get the a chance to attend meetings and networking events

Compensation package:

  • A competitive basic salary dependent on experience
  • Uncapped commission - no limit on how much you earn
  • No thresholds and no draw against commission
  • Full benefits package incl. gym, 15 days annual leave (plus all US bank holidays) etc.
