What are we looking for?
You're an experienced recruiter from a tech industry background who is ready to come in and hit the ground running. If you have proven skills and the attitude, we'll provide the rest.
What will the role involve?
The initial and priority focus will be BD, you will be an ambassador for our well-respected brand on US soil with the advantage of leveraging off our already strong European network. Take a look at our website to get a strong sense of our culture and market presence.
You will have the chance to work in tandem with some of our top performers from UK who will help you launch in NYC, but you will be one of the first 4 or 5 staff in what will become a 30 consultant business in the next 3 years. On day one, you'll be getting your hands dirty (along side our CEO!) and building our client base while delivering into those jobs. It'll be frantic, it'll be fast paced, hard, challenging - all of the things you already do and love. But with one clear difference; The CEO (who's set up recruitment firms around the world for the likes of Sthree and Frank Group) will be leaving NYC in 8 months - hoping to hand over the future building of the brand to these early starters. So when we say 'fast track to leadership and ownership' we genuinely mean it!

This is a Permanent Technical Recruiter role in the Staffing Industry with a Staffing Agency
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous recruitment experience is essential but there are no strict educational requirements. The candidate must be able to write and speak English to a high standard
Our base salary for Senior (experienced Tech Recruiters) will be anywhere between $55-75k depending on experience, with On Target Earnings of $140,000 to $165,000.
Our commission structure is straight forward and is paid monthly (or quarterly if preferred) as follows; 10% for first $20,000 billings in a month and 20% from $20,001 onwards, with NO CAP! Given our average fee in NYC is already well over $20,000, this means just 2 placements a month should be earning you a cool $8,000 per month in commission alone..
Market leading incentives - while the US business is small, you'll get to jump on to the UK incentives, which this year were Skiing in Bulgaria and Partying in Barcelona! As we grow, we expect more local trips, perhaps the Caribbean and skiing in USA. Monthly bonuses, prizes, monthly cash allowance, Xmas and Summer parties (in London)
