Senior Recruitment Delivery Consultant in London, UK

As a Delivery Consultant you will ideally have at least 18-24mths recruitment experience operating in a 360 capacity, proactively headhunting candidates, developing and establishing new business relationships with clients ranging from start-ups to SMEs and large international businesses.

Although this is solely a candidate focused role, were looking for someone who has experience dealing with clients as we foresee this position developing into a key account management position. This will mean you'll become the sole person of contact for our most lucrative and largest accounts, nurturing the relationship with them and ensuring that SLAs are met.

You will be:

• Given a variety of roles within the technology space to deliver candidates into
• Able to sell an opportunity to a candidate - both active, passive and inactive candidates
• Continuous learning in order to be up to date in the market with the development of technology and data tools etc.
• Comfortable with a variety of relationships building techniques (we use the latest industry tools!)
• Highly ambitious and goal-driven
• Excellent attitude towards work and also helping elevate others around you

• Base starting salary from £30,000 (DOE)
