Account Strategist - £75,000 per annum + Benefits - Data Led Automation - Remote

Explore Group's lucky enough to be partnered with an extremely interesting innovative technology-based business who have over the year helped hundreds of retailers and brands evolve, grow and adapt - doing so by using their unique methods with data-driven decisions and the use of their bespoke software platform. Essentially, their performance platform is beginning to not only help their clients but changing the way how retail as a whole is able to adapt and overcome challenges by becoming a specialist within consumer data.

The Role:

Now, I am assisting this business with the hire of an experienced Account Strategist who will ultimately work across a number of key clients to help drive best performance and results to maximise best outcomes when using the offered AI driven solution:

Experience:

• Must have experience working in account management or customer success.
• Knowledge of Google Shopping, Google Analytics and Performance Max (doesn't need to be all of them).
• Relationship management experience. Able to work with external clients and key accounts.
• Strong communicator both written and verbal.

Desirables:

• Industry experience in Retail or Ecommerce.
• Exposure to writing training material and be able to present it.
