What you will be doing
Upskilling the existing QAs
Working across multiple teams/projects
Managing the QA processes
Advising and creating high quality Test plans
Working on an all seeing 360°, high definition camera offering the ultimate security solution using the latest tech
Setting up an uniform QA process, Which will be followed and leaving your legacy within the business
You will be the go to for all QA processes
Unifying QA across all teams and making it your own
Upskilling the existing QAs by imparting knowledge and experience
Previous mentoring experience
High level understanding and use of Java/Python Automation /API and Selenium Webdriver
Loves to up skill teams
Great communicator- from colleagues to stakeholders
