PYTHON DEVELOPER - HR PLATFORM

Discover your new challenge as a Python developer at one of the largest employee well-being platforms.

  • Your work will be used by nearly 20 million users.
  • Make a genuine difference to people's lives.
  • Join a company that has won a host of awards over the past couple of years.

The platform here is a mobile-first, responsive web application that is delivered to users through native iOS and Android applications. The development team is highly motivated, not to mention talented and they're looking to for a Python developer to join them as they go through a global expansion over the next 12-18 months. All of the team are involved at every stage of the development life cycle and their input is valued and considered throughout the process.

The initial task would be to work on a migration from a monolithic application to the world of microservices using the most modern of technologies. This work and any future work will be used to deliver the best user experience to better the lives of employees at various companies around the globe. You'll need to enjoy getting tasks done by regularly shipping high quality software as well as being keen to learn new skills and technologies.

  • 3+ years of Python development experience
  • Knowledge of the AWS stack
  • Experience with a few of the more common Python frameworks and libraries
  • Understanding of microservice architecture

These would boost your application:

  • Terraform experience
  • Any other programming language knowledge (PHP, NodeJS preferable)

In return, we provide you with these benefits:

  • Training and development budget
  • All the technical equipment you need (brand new, of course!)
  • Access to their very own platform which includes a whole host of benefits / discounts etc.

Now… let's talk numbers: £60-80k DOE
