Application Support Specialist

Want to join an award winning start up company in London that is fast growing, is working with the newest technologies and is one of the leaders in its market then this is the role for you.

They are looking for a Application Support Specialist experienced, hands-on leader who relishes the opportunity to build a support function from the ground up, driving both continued company growth and improvement.

As the Application Support Specialist you will be working closely with the product and development teams and will be responsible for implementing the strategy of their technical & customer support processes whilst resolving all support queries before growing a team to focus on their continued expansion across the UK, EU and USA.

Essential Skills Needed

  • A minimum of 3+ years' experience with a Support Function

  • Must have experience working in a start up or SME environment

  • Must have experience setting up a service desk and owning it

  • Previous working knowledge of service desk applications such as Jira Service Desk or Zendesk

  • Experience in managing an offshore support function

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE

  • Equity: Share Options after 6 months of employment

  • Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays + 1 additional day per year up to 3 years

  • Pension: 2% company contributory
