An independent family-owned and managed food business, with a successful history of innovation and sustainable growth seeks a Business Analyst to join their business.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm the Key Stakeholders of each project, SMEs and technical team members.
• Elicit from business teams the relevant capabilities required to be delivered for each project
• Work with IT and vendors to provide cost estimates to confirm benefits, combining both into a Business Case for the project.
• Work with key stakeholders to refine the proposal to the point of presenting to the IT Governance Committee for approval to enable the project to enter from Intake to Realisation.
• Work with IT to confirm the fit of options considered into the overall IT Landscape and Strategy.

Requirements:

• Solid and proven experience in working as the lead IT Business Analyst on business projects
• Self-starter and able to build relationships quickly
• Able to convey complex requirements and concepts in written form
• Abe to interface effectively with C-Suite executives and throughout the organisation
• Experience with Manufacturing and ideally in the food sector
• Experience with Commercial Technologies and deployment of such into a sales and marketing environment
• Experience with Analytics technology and supporting governance processes for Ingress of data, transformation, loading and data warehousing plus Power BI visualisation
