Engineering Manager - 2+ Years Experience in London, UK

I am working with a eCommerce Retail Company looking for a Engineering Manager (fully remote/perm).

I am working with a number of Python + (Ruby) houses in London who have grown massively over the last few years becoming the leading business in the sector within the EU and UK. This company is on the verge of entering the unicorn umbrella society! They have currently raised a £125m in funding and are looking for an engineering manager who has had experience with python sector.

Engineering Manager £100-£110k+ equity

All that is required is;
- Python, Django, Flask, Pytest, Black, SQLAlchemy, Pandas
- 3 years experience being a people manager
- Have background in back-end python development
- have extensive prior software development experience of at least 5 years.
- Ability to motivate a big team
