Engineering Manager - Backend (Python Preferably) in London, UK

High profile e-Commerce company looking for an Engineering Manager.

Who they are:

• UK leading Python house based in London who have grown over the last few years to become the UK & EU leading business in their sector. With their recent success they are keen on dominating the sector globally having conquered Europe. They are now on the verge of becoming a Unicorn company, so an exciting future ahead!
• They have secured funding of over £126M and are on the look out for an engineering manager with great leadership skills to come in, motivate and make a huge difference on a Remote-basis (UK and Netherlands ONLY).
• They are offering competitive UK / EU salaries and great benefits including equity. They are willing to pay £100-£110K per annum.
• As a business their developers predominantly use the following tech stacks: Python, Django, Flask, Pytest, Black, SQLAlchemy, Pandas.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience leading and managing developers.
• 5+ years as a Back-end Software Developer, preferably Python.
• Be willing to travel to Amsterdam once a quarter on business.
