Head of Product - £140,000 + Benefits - FinTech - Hybrid - SaaS

Are you an experienced Head of Product looking for a new exciting challenge? Then I may have the opportunity for you. My client's a rapidly expanding FinTech brand who have over the years developed a suite of tailored products which is allowing financial institutions and regulatory bodies to take control when it comes to monitoring transitional solutions and other areas within financial onboarding.

The role:

Due to growth, I am now assisting my client with the hire of an experienced Head of Product who will come on board to mould and evolve not only the SaaS product offering, but also the expansion of the product team / function as a whole.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in product management.
• Must have experience in Financial Services / FinTech.
• Track record of working on SaaS products is also a must.
• Possess the ability to drive strategic product roadmaps & vision.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders - C-Suite as well.
• Team management. You must have experience managing product managers while being able to shape and define the teams current and/or future structure.
