Implementation and Support Analyst - Hybrid - Central London

I am working with a UK based SaaS business who are hiring for a Implementation and support analyst to work with them in their London based office 3 days per week. The company run a software which allows customers to do financial checks as well as screening on their clients employees.

The role

• Up to £50,000
• Hybrid, 3 day's per week in London
• Start ASAP

The successful candidate will have worked on SaaS recently in their career, implementing and supporting their customers. They are looking for a customer facing person with a strong methodical approach to problem solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The requirements

• Someone who has worked on Finance, Regtech or insurance tech software's
• Understand the full life cycle of SaaS implementation
• Understanding the technical aspect of working on SaaS systems

Responsibilities

• Undertake projects to scope and define the businesses client requirements for their products
• Work with new customers to build out their platforms end to end through start up, build UAT and go live
• Perform acceptance testing for the companies software
