Implementation and Support Analyst - Up to £60,000 - Hybrid - Canary Wharf

Overview

My client is a well regarded AML & KYC technology vendor committed to enhancing compliance department's efficiency through automated risk-based customer onboarding, screening, and in-life monitoring processes. They are looking for a Customer facing person with a strong methodical approach to problem-solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills. .

Responsibilities

• Work with existing customers to understand and log enhancement requests
• Undertake projects to scope and define client requirements for our products
• Become a superuser of our Onboarding software
• Leading regular meetings with 3rd parties to triage client queries
• Work with new customers to build out their platform end to end through start up, build, UAT and Go Live.

Essential!

• 3+ years of relevant experience with SaaS solutions in a professional services, technical consulting and customer support environment

Nice to have

• Experience within a regulatory technology/compliance/AML/KYC SaaS Company
• Hands on experience with software implementations and support for enterprise and corporate Customers
• Excellent Customer facing and problem solving skills with a track record of receiving positive Customer feedback
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
• Compliance or Project Management Skills e.g. ICA, Lean Six Sigma
