Lead Software Engineer

Permanent - Up to 100,000K - Fully Remote

My client is looking for a lead software engineer to join their company on a permanent basis. You will be heading up the technology function, product support, engineering lifecycle delivering a greenfield innovative product while being hands-on

As the lead software engineer you will be working closely with the Head of Data and Analytics, CTO, CEO and Lead Product Manager to shape and define the technology strategy of the business.

Ideal Candidate

• Over 4 years' experience as a full stack developer with significant experience in design and architecture
• Excellent JavaScript, NodeJs, React skills
• Previous experience in working across the whole development lifecycle
• Significant experience with either AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
• Mentored, built, and lead a team of software engineers
• Has introduced various practices to ensure all code quality has been maintained and throughout the team technical knowledge shared

Desirable

• Previously worked in the healthcare sector
• GraphQL
• Experience with serverless architecture
