Key Requirements

  • Experience with Flutter
  • Experience with IOS and Android platforms
  • 3+ years' experience in related areas. Doesn't need to be Flutter, but we're hoping mobile apps were your childhood weekend hobby and that your bedtime stories were mostly Objective C API inspired.
  • Team player
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
  • Need the skills to debug underlying Flutter library bindings.
  • Know your way around mobile, the App Store, and Play Store

Benefits

  • Competitive salary depending on experience.
  • 25 days paid holiday a year.
  • Serious equity. If you're that good and you love what we do, you'll be handsomely rewarded. We're backed by major US VCs, but we are profitable and, in a position, to offer you a very generous equity package.
  • This isn't really the 9 to 5 kind of job. It's the kind of job you'll look back to one day and say it enabled you to do the very best work of your career. At least that's what we strive to do. If you love electric cars and hardcore engineering, you'll find many like-minded people.
  • A lot of freedom to operate. Our people are dedicated, and we hate punch cards. With great freedom comes great responsibility, however, as you need to know your game. You will be in the company of several very serious engineers and workaholics.
  • Stand-ups are async. Meetings only when really needed. We hate process. Project managers update your estimates for you after you're done. If you're the right person for us, you'll be fast and efficient by the grace of mother nature. 5 estimation meetings will do nothing to improve what you have or don't have. We use Jira Portfolio to correlate deliveries across the whole company, but we promise you it's joyful.
