They create bespoke mobile applications for household names and boutique/niche companies alike

The Role

You will join as the 2nd QA in a small but growing dev team. You'll be testing mobile apps primarily on Android to ensure high functionality is maintained on a full range of tech product offerings. You will be working on the design and executing of e-2-e test solutions, both manually but also implementing and writing automated scripts.

The Ideal Candidate

Someone with a proven record of accomplishment as a Mobile QA across Android on Native applications. You will be someone who can think laterally, to identify issues that other people might not think of, and then be thorough in your test approach to try to break things. It is essential that you will have experience in automated test environments, ideally with espresso but there is flexibility, for example Appium etc. You'll also be a great communicator who can work with people across different departments and disciplines.

What you need

  • Experience testing Android applications
  • Experience testing Native apps
  • Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks such as espresso or appium
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Methodical thinking and a willingness to try different approaches
