Role Highlights

  • This is not an agency role! You will be working as part of the Growth team on the client-side.

You will have the opportunity to run initiatives and create a strategy for the business as well as operate monthly social strategies and manage paid accounts on various Social Media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.). The role will also include analyzing data for reports which includes insights and findings


  • Optimizing and managing ads daily while working towards achieving revenue/CPA goals
  • Ensure all major metrics are reported and share knowledge of insights / trends amongst the team
  • Work side by side with growth team to upkeep daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Implement creative, ad copy, audiences, and tests all the way to landing page funnel
  • Identify new opportunities for the companies paid social strategy
  • Remain up to date on new features, ad products, optimization strategies, and creative practices/trends
  • Find new efficient areas (not limited to bid types, channels, audiences) while growing paid social efforts by developing and executing on roadmaps

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of Paid Social experience
  • Extensive background with ROAS on either the Agency or Client-side
  • Experience working with multi-million-dollar user acquisition campaigns (at Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer or client-side)
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing framework
  • Someone who is comfortable sitting in a room with the CEO, SVP, and Director of Growth and presenting their work and findings as one of the main voices in the room
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably related to Finance, Computer Science, or Math)
  • Interest in health/fitness
