PMO Analyst - Hybrid - 12 months FTC - £50,000

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO Analyst to join our client, a prestigious financial organisation based in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with experience in the financial sector to work closely with the change team manager, project manager, and programme manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success by providing efficient and effective PMO support.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the change team manager, project manager, and programme manager to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, establishing strong relationships and ensuring effective communication channels.
  • Support the project team in maintaining project documentation, including project plans, risk and issue logs, and status reports.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring relevant stakeholders are involved and decisions are documented.
  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of project presentations and reports to senior management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team, ensuring project documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Assist programme managers in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAIDs), and change control processes.
  • Utilise your financial background and expertise to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the project team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a PMO Analyst in the financial sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in liaising with stakeholders and managing relationships across various levels of the organisation.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to assist in the development and maintenance of project plans.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
