The Opportunity

My client is looking to hire a product manager to come and join one of the fastest growing property technology companies in the world.

You will work along side a highly technical and enthusiastic team and be apart of their Compliance/Building safety product line, which enables property managers to handle all aspects of property compliance, including surveys and inspections, and the issuance of relevant compliance certifications. Experience in B2B SaaS products in property compliance, building safety or ESG would be an advantage.

My client is after a talented team player with demonstrable experience of working as a product manager in a fast- paced technology-led environment to be apart of a stimulating atmosphere and fast-paced growth led by our recent $100m funding round. As well as working within a collaborative and flexible work culture and several programmes built around your physical and mental wellbeing.


  • Develop a deep understanding of target users and their unknown and known needs
  • Negotiate product trade-offs impacting schedule, cost, and usability to optimise ROI
  • Test hypothesis through interviews, surveys, and user data
  • Write detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria that guide development process
  • Work with designers, scrum masters, product marketers, and software engineers to execute and deliver new features from conception to deployment
  • Work with product marketers to manage external and internal communications of new product launches and feature releases
  • Turn ad-hoc and incomplete inputs, data points and feedback into actionable product insights
  • Regularly provide updates and communicate issues, project status, dependencies, and responsibilities to all stakeholders
  • Proactively identify and manage key project risks and when to escalate matters to senior management
  • Closely work with the product strategy function to improve product operations


  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial personality with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise for business impact among competing needs
  • Demonstrable experience in managing technical software products from conception to release
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional written, spoke and presentation skills
  • Hands on experience using relevant software tools such as spreadsheets for product analytics
  • Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, start-up environment
