I am currently hiring for a leading retail finance business who have developed a product that has proven to be extremely resilient during what is proving to be a tough time for so many. Due to business growth, they are now looking for a B2C Product Manager to work on an exciting analytics based product in an extremely forward thinking, and rewarding environment.
This role will suit someone who is a self-starter and entrepreneurial in nature. You will be working on one of 2 core products alongside the head of product. As such, you will have a real opportunity to define your position within the business and grow both your skillset and as an individual going forwards. You will not be just a number here! If you have worked in a finance start up before and wish to do so again, this would definitely suit. If however you have worked for a larger challenger bank or similar larger company previously and wish to work in a business that would give you the chance to have more say and control, please still apply so we can discuss how this could equally suit!
This role would perfectly suit someone who is ambitious and wants to really have an input in an environment where their voice will be heard. The company currently stands at around 30 heads though that is growing and is very sociable with a large focus on team interaction.
