They are looking for a Product Owner to lead on projects that create award winning solutions in the aviation and software industries
The company are now searching for a Product Owner who can own the entire roadmap for our product, understand multiple customer inputs/feedbacks and shape the new feature development in line with the business strategy.
In addition, they are looking for some who has a "can do", positive attitude to their work and can lead from the front. You will be joining a brilliant friendly and creative team who all want to develop and are driven to helping the company move forward.
As the Product Owner, you will be working within an agile environment and working on the day-to-day Product contact, working alongside wider teams to manage requirement gathering, analysis and manage stakeholder expectations and writing user stories. In addition, you be working collaboratively with the COO to gather requirements for client specific features and functionality, in relation to the overall product roadmap. As well as this, you will also collaborate with other departments to better understand the requirements of the product and how it can enable other teams to deliver to the high standard.
Key Technologies and Skills
At least 3 years' experience of Product management/ ownership
Experience of owning the entire product roadmap, understanding multiple customer inputs/feedbacks and experience shaping new feature development in line with business strategy.
Knowledge of SCRUM / Agile planning and delivery is essential
Strong ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
Able to work effectively in a team and can motivate others
Happy interfacing between the software team, the business (sales and operations) and the customer is part of the role
Nice to have skills
Previous experience as a software developer
Benefits and Pay:
