My client is looking for a Project Manager, in this role you will be primarily responsible for the management of the Product success workstream. This includes the following:

  • Incident Management (P1 AND P2s)
  • Product Maintenance and minor enhancements
  • Continuous improvements

In addition, the Project manager will also be responsible for full life- cycle client projects (project value up to £100k) from inception and requirements definition through to delivery. This is a client-facing role requiring effective communication and management across several internal disciplines: Strategy, Data, SEO, Experience Design, Technology, Quality Assurance and Client Engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • Agency experience preferable
  • Experience implementing and working within an agile environment
  • Experience with the development of small to medium scale projects and a good understanding of creative processes, web development technologies and third party applications/platforms
  • Experience in end-to-end web or app design and development project management, from initial scoping and brief, through to resourcing and delivery of projects with a value of up to £100k

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Primary day-to-day delivery contact for client Product Success workstreams and client projects
  • Form strong relationships with clients and develop communication channels between the relevant third parties
  • Participate in client meetings, continuously communicate with clients, and manage their expectations
  • Owner of weekly status meetings and RAID logs
  • Overseeing each client Product Success workstream and it's financial budget
  • Monitor and control individual client project budgets of up to £100K
  • Liaise with the Resource Manager to ensure resources are scheduled
  • Facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions and document their outcomes
  • Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with tasks
  • Work closely with the tribe's Scrum Masters to:
    • Triage issues and refine and maintain Product Success and project backlogs. Issues include new features, bugs, enhancements, technical or architectural tasks, etc
    • Track ticket statuses ensuring issue management boards are kept up to date
