Our client provides a cloud-based unified communications service allowing for easy-to-use voice and video communication. They strive to provide the ability to communicate anywhere, anytime, using any device. This creates efficiency and productivity and allows for observation and insight across the business. They are looking for a regional Vice President of Sales, to oversee 8 Regional Sales Managers.

    • Opportunity to take over an existing team of 8 hunters and drive the growth of the business.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Gain knowledge of the company's services, the current market, market share, and competition in order to grow the company's business, while strategically forecasting and developing new business partners
    • Attend team's sales presentations, and help Regional Sales Managers in closing new business
    • Implement new practices to differentiate the company in the market
    • Work with and communicate with provisioning and customer support, informing them of customer needs and the use of corporate resources (technical, R&D, marketing, financial, administrative) to attain regional goals
    • Prepare thorough reports (periodic business reports, strategic forecasting) held in the company's CRM database

Requirements

    • 7+ years of relevant experience in Saas or UCaaS sales, with 3+ years of experience in management
    • Experience in VoIP, data networking, or hosted application fields
    • Experience in creating effective channels for IT and data services, telecommunications, and business applications (CRM, Helpdesk, Content Management)

Compensation

Up to $175k base / $350k OTE
