Scrum Master - 45k - Retail Finance SME

Join an exciting retail finance based SME who are truly creating something new and unique. You will be working alongside an extremely talented leadership team with a track record of success to help build a business that, within a short period of time, has seen its product make real head space in the marketplace.

Working across 3-4 separate teams, you will act as a Scrum Master reporting into the delivery director. This role will perfectly suit someone who is at the point of their career where they can hit the ground running and add value quickly, whilst still looking to learn and develop further. You will be in a position where those you will be working with, will really help progress your skill-set and push you to the next stage of your career very quickly.

The environment you will be working in will be diverse, fast paced and constantly evolving. As a result, no two days will be the same. Due to the fact that the space in which the business operates is extremely resilient commercially and also multiple funding streams backing the business being in place, this company hasn't been affected by the downturn the economy, or lockdown, in any way.

Tech Stack:

• Prior experience of having worked within a delivery/scrum-based role,
• Scrum Certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.Org would be ideal)
• Experience of working across multiple teams

Salary: Up to 45k.
