Senior Agile Coach - £65,000 + Benefits - Remote - 4-day weeks.

Are you an experienced Agile Coach looking to embark on a new journey? Then I may just have the opportunity for you. I am currently working with a very interesting tech business who is well known globally due to their unique 'business intelligence' approach to the evolving affiliate marketing space.

Over the last 3 years, they have gone from strength to strength and continued to grow, acquiring several innovative competitors as well as winning new business with many global brands.

With the end of 2021 in sight, my client looks to finish a fantastic year with the hire of an experienced Senior Agile Coach to work across a number of different business functions to implement agile ways of working and run smooth processes.

The Role:

• 3+ years' experience in an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Mater position.
• Experience with the likes of Jira & Confluence.
• Agile ways of working across the likes of Scrum, Kanban, Lean.
• Kanban experience is a strong desirable.
• Show examples of managing workflow and delivery.
• Must have a technical understanding (e.g. design, SDLC, DevOps etc).
• Able to work in more than one scrum team at once.
