Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior/Lead React Developer to join our rapidly growing Fintech company. You will be responsible for leading and developing the front-end team, designing and developing high-quality web applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of React-based applications and components
• Design and implement scalable and maintainable web applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop new features
• Identify and solve complex technical problems
• Mentor and guide junior developers
• Ensure code quality and maintain best practices
• Provide technical leadership and innovation for the front-end team

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing web applications using React
• Excellent understanding of React framework and its ecosystem
• Experience in leading and mentoring developers
• Proven experience in delivering high-quality web applications
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• A degree from Cambridge University or Oxford University is essential
