A Senior Python Django Developer is needed to join a Property-Tech start up in London who are changing the way relationships in the rental market are managed, by using one platform to manage everything, from payments, maintenance, documentation and regulation changes. Founded in 2020, this business has already gained significant traction in the marketplace, and are going through a growth phase across all areas of the business, with a headcount of ~20 people, including taking their Engineering team from 4 - 8 this year.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Python / Django Developer who wants to take ownership in a small team, and have a say in the way the business heads, and be involved in training and mentoring of more junior developers, with the aim of moving into a Tech Lead position in a few months.
The ideal candidate will come from a CompSci related Degree, with around 5 years in Python, and worked with web frameworks like Django or Flask, and have Architecture experience. You will also be familiar in working in small teams and relish the challenge and shifting landscape of working in an ambitious start-up.
