Senior Software Engineer in London, UK

Senior Software Engineer- Permanent - Hybrid (2days a week in off - UK based)

I am currently working with a payment platform company who are looking for a senior engineer to come and join their team to work with highly skilled engineers in an Agile working environment. Your role will include being responsible for design, implementation, testing, and maintenance across a variety of solutions and tools along with the overall improvement of the firms micro-services platform.

Your Responsibilities:

• Aid the team effort to produce accurate delivery estimates and help facilitate the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
• Communicate effectively with peers and Product managers conveying any delivery risks or issues.
• Collaborate with your peers to ensure that all work meets the quality goals of the team Definition of Done.

MUST HAVES:

• Experience working with React and Java
• Experience being a senior
• Experience in pairing and collaborating with other engineers
• Experience in designing and integrating with RESTful Hypermedia-driven APIs.
