Software Project Manager

They are looking for a Software Project Manager to lead on projects that create award winning solutions in the aviation and software industries
The company are now searching for a for Software Project Manager who has several years' experience as a project manager working closely with developers and designers on projects which are all focused around innovation. In addition, they are looking for some who has a "can do", positive attitude to their work and can lead from the front. You will be joining a brilliant friendly and creative team who all want to develop and are driven to helping the company move forward.
Take full responsibility for delivering allocated projects and software releases within the business
Plan the work load across the software team
Co-ordinating the work required from the team to generate coherent estimates for tasks/issues
Manage its delivery against release schedule and customer commitments
Monitor the software team's output vs estimates
Report progress to the board
Key Technologies and Skills
At least 3 years' experience of project management
Knowledge of SCRUM / Agile planning and delivery is essential
Strong ability to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure
Able to work effectively in a team and can motivate others
Happy interfacing between the software team, the business (sales and operations) and the customer is part of the role
Nice to have skills
Previous experience as a software developer
