A well-known Start-up are on the lookout for a technical support engineer to join their West Midland office, on an initial 3 month contract. Due to the company's growth and expansion they are looking to bring on multiple Technical Support Engineers.

The company's engineering team delivers cutting edge technology solutions which allow the business/company to handle more transactions, scale up and remain competitive. The Support Analyst responsibilities will include resolving network issues, configuring operating systems and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.

Details:

  • Immediate start

  • 3 Month contract

  • Interview slots available

  • West Midlands based

  • No remote working

Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role

  • Hands on experience with Windows/Mac OS

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

  • Any Azure experience will be a huge bonus
