Technical Support Engineer - Tech - £50,000 - Fully Remote - Financial Services

Our client is a very interesting and unique business that is up and coming within Financial Services. Their products allow their customers to enhance flexibility when spending, offering services which put the customer in control of their spending without enduring any additional costs or interest fees. As our client continues to grow, they are using technology to become a leading brand within Financial Services with second to none solutions, platforms, services, systems and more.

Despite troubling times, our client has continued hire and are now looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to come on board and help tackle any technical issues that occur with the evolving platforms/systems.

Key skills:

  • 2 years or more with supporting Linux_ + some mac.
  • 3 years or more SQL Server performing queries and data fixes.

Desired skills:

  • Support experience in AWS systems - CloudFront, RDS, NLB, and API Gateway.
  • Supporting REST integrated Systems.
  • Java development exp.
  • Financial Services industry knowledge.
  • Ansible, Packer or Terraform.
  • Caching systems like Redis or Memcached.
