WordPress Frontend Developer - London - 40k

An exciting opportunity has come up to join one of the leading global retailers. They are looking for a WordPress/Frontend Developer to join their team. Their London office has been open for over 4 years now and they have set up an entirely new department which you would be joining. This gives the team a start-up feel with the stability of a more established company.

They are very open to listening to opinions and changing their processes to continuously improve their work.

You will need:

  • 3 years' experience in a similar position.

  • Commercial experience in WordPress and PHP.

  • Experience working with JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

  • Be able to build plug-ins from scratch.

Bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge of WebPack, Gulp or Grunt.

You will be taking the lead in managing more than 10 existing WordPress sites, this will include developing, updating and ensuring they all meet the companies' standards. You will also be creating new bespoke tools, platforms and programs and contribute to ideas that will help the department grow.

Salary up to 40K depending on experience.
